This photo can be found on the US Naval History and Heritage Command website. It shows Michelson, presumably out on sea trials, on the first of December 1958, which would have been shortly prior to delivery to MSTS. This aerial view of the starboard side can be seen uncropped and in greater detail:

The definition of the huge TIFF image is excellent. You can see the curtains in the "picture windows" of the Survey Control Center as well as small dings in the hull plating. Missing are the not yet installed "OC Hoist" apparatus at the stern and the Loran C whip antennas atop the 04 level.
